  1. Membership applications will not be accepted after 15th July 1998.
  2. The Discworld Convention reserves the right to refuse any membership application.
  3. Membership fees are none-refundable.
  4. Applications for special attending membership must be supported with valid proof of status (NUS card, UB40, pension book) which must be presented on registration at the Convention. Membership will be charged at full rate if proof of status is not presented.
  5. Persons under 18 on September 18th 1998 must be accompanied by an adult.

Section 5 - Declaration
The Discworld Convention is an independent fan organisation and is not actively organised to make a profit. Any funds left when the convention has settled its bills will be donated to charity. Terry Pratchett has no involvement in the organisation of the event beyond gentle persuasion.
