By becoming a supporting member of the Convention, you do two things. Firstly, you are guaranteed to receive copies of the Convention's magazine and progress report, "The Discworld Chronicle". Secondly, at any time up to July 15th 1998, you can upgrade to attending membership.
Members wishing to upgrade need only send the relevant fee to be assured a place at the Convention. Ideal for those who don't know if they will be able to attend.
Attending members receive regular copies of the Convention's progress report and magazine, "The Discworld Chronicle", the benefit of the Convention's special hotel rate, the chance to buy Convention merchandise, and entrance to all four days of the Convention.
There will be no "on the door" memberships, so if you haven't applied by July 15th 1998 then sadly you will have to wait until the next Discworld Convention.
Attending members get four days of dedicated Discworld entertainment in the heart of Liverpool. You will also receive a Convention membership pack at the event.
WARNING: Membership is limited - apply early to avoid disappointment.
If for any reason you find that you are unable to attend the Convention, please contact us. We can put you in touch with people interested in attending, and if you can come to an arrangement we will transfer the membership to them. Full details of how to transfer membership will appear in the Discworld Chronicle. We regret that transfers cannot be undertaken after August 1st 1998.
